Your Responsibilities:
- Safe driving and overseeing our VIP buses.

We are looking for you as a Dispatcher (m/f) for our bus company Drive 57, based in Berlin, as soon as possible. We started in 2020 as a small family business and have steadily grown over the years. At our company, we place great value on a strong team spirit and collaboration at eye level. We encourage communication and open exchange among colleagues.
Your Responsibilities:
- Independent and comprehensive route and deployment planning for drivers, taking into account current customer requirements.
- Optimizing route planning for the optimal utilization of the fleet.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, and rules regarding driving and working hours.
- Fleet control and schedule monitoring for inspections, TÜV, and AU.
- Processing of insurance claims in the fleet.
- Planning and managing the annual working hours and vacation arrangements of employees, ensuring that the necessary fitness requirements are met.
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training in fleet management, business administration, or a comparable field.
- First professional experience in fleet dispatching.
- Technical understanding in the field of fleet management is an advantage.
- Experience in the local transport sector is an advantage.
- Structured and solution-oriented work approach.
- Team spirit, resilience, and reliability.
- Proficient in using MS Office.
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is required.
